I had this urge to start the Mindset Mail for soul-led entrepreneurs, where I share my aha moments, struggles about being a business owner for 10+ years (and a human being).
It’s not only to share my stories, but to help you get through this rollercoaster ride as well, hopefully faster.
I’m not only a business owner, teacher, and coach; before I became an entrepreneur, I studied a lot about energetics, Feng Shui, energy of colors, numerology, and lots more.
I went through many breakdowns, the dark night of the soul, suicide loss, and I found that when there’s chaos on the outside, struggle, overwhelm, and pain, you need to take a look on the inside. Not fun, but necessary.
This newsletter blends my entrepreneurial journey with energetic wisdom to guide you through the ups and downs of business ownership, such as how to get your subconscious on board with your business dreams.

When Chaos Outside Calls for Change Inside
That’s why I wrote my book Soul-Led: How to Follow Your Inner Compass to an Incredibly Fulfilling and Happy Life > Read it here.
Especially as a business owner and creator, you have to get comfortable being uncomfortable.
For women entrepreneurs who want clarity, alignment, and sustainable growth, business clarity coaching can help.
This sucks, but it’s the only way to grow, evolve, and succeed.
The Universe Tests Your Growth
The Universe, or however you want to call it, gives you opportunities to grow, especially if you ask for it (e.g., more money, more clients, more visibility, a loving relationship).
Then it tests you to see if you really want it, and if you don’t step out of your comfort zone, you’ll stay where you are.
You can’t manifest a better business, life, relationships, or more money at your current level (or you would already have it). This happened FOR me way too long.
My Own Struggle with Visibility
You know, to grow and scale your business to the next level, you need to be visible, especially if you’re a coach or service provider.
I was a school teacher and principal, and it should be easy for me to be visible for me, because standing in front of a class, talking to colleagues and parents daily means being visible constantly.
So it should have been easy for me to be seen online as well. Right?
BUT: I always hid as much as possible. I knew for years and years that I needed to step out of the shadow, show my face, talk in front of the camera
→ Watch: How to Overcome Fear of Talking on Camera (And Why Sharing from the Heart is Your Business Superpower), and say what I have to say.
I kid you not!
It took me five years until I said, “Enough is enough.” I always chickened out, thinking I can make it in business without showing myself.
If you want to get more clarity on what this next step actually looks like, read more about what is business clarity coaching and how it works.
The Underlying Fears
What was the underlying fear?
– I was afraid people would judge me, laugh at me, and not understand what I do.
– Where I live, people are still not very open to woo-woo, even if it’s practical woo-woo, as I call it.
– I was afraid that if I shared what I truly am about, it would make me vulnerable, and people would abandon me.
– What if I fail? Everyone would see it and think I’m a loser and a failure.

The Turning Point
So what happened? I jumped from “I should do it” to “Not now. I’m too busy, now’s not the right time.”
Can you relate?
BUT there was always this nagging feeling, but until it started to really hurt, because of outside circumstances (Google traffic dropped significantly, AI search came), I didn’t change.
I suddenly had no other choice but to take this leap, and I did. It was very uncomfortable and still sometimes is, although it gets easier every time I step into the spotlight.
Fear Grows When You Ignore It
What is the hardest, or most painful, about this?
When you don’t act on these nudges and push them away, it gets harder and harder, because your mind finds more evidence why it is too hard, or too scary to follow this idea.
So this waiting makes it even worse, because you create more worst-case scenarios in your head.
On top of it: if you don’t act on this niggling feeling, after a couple of rounds where you’re faced with this situation again and again, and you don’t change, there comes a moment of total rock bottom, which means there is a situation on the outside that forces you into change.
In my example, traffic dropped, and so did affiliate income, forcing me to reinvent myself. Or you attract the same toxic relationships over and over, until you finally are willing to change, and start learning to love yourself.
